Delete Your Account

Your Ahosting account is the same account you use in the AHosting app for iPhone and Android and in our client area at billing.ahosting.net. Deleting it closes it everywhere. You can ask for this at any time; it is free.

In the AHosting app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete account, then Continue.
4. Send the request that opens. Our team confirms it with you by email.

On the website

1. Sign in at billing.ahosting.net and open a support ticket.
2. Write "Please delete my account" as the subject.

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the email address on your account.

What happens next

We confirm the request with the account holder before acting on it, so nobody else can close your account. Any active hosting, servers or domains are cancelled first; please take a copy of your website files and email you want to keep, because they are removed with the service. The deletion is completed within 30 days of your confirmation.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, company, email address, phone number and address
• Your sign-in details, saved cards and app sessions, and the app's notification tokens
• Your hosting accounts, servers and the data on them
• Sensitive data you shared with us on tickets

What is kept, and for how long

• Invoices and payment records: kept for 7 years, because financial and tax rules require it
• Support ticket messages: kept for 3 years, then deleted

These records are not used for anything else and are deleted when the period ends. Card numbers are never stored by us; our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) keep their own records under their own policies. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting some data only

You do not have to close your account to remove data. In the app you can remove saved cards (Account, Saved cards), sign out other devices (Account, Signed-in devices) and remove sensitive data from a ticket. For anything else, open a ticket and tell us what you want deleted.
